Stephen Moldof, a Union lawyer with Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP and a graduate of Harvard Law School, has been practicing Labor & Employment Law since 1972. His practice includes representing unions in litigation, negotiations, and in an advisory capacity in several industries, with a particular concentration in the airline industry in many challenging and diverse contexts. He also has provided guidance with regard to international matters, including in litigation outside the United States and on behalf of foreign labor unions. Stephen joined the Section around 1975 to stay well informed of the latest Labor & Employment Law developments as well as being able to network with others with similar professional interests, not just on the union side but also employer and neutral sides. He has attended and spoken / moderated at many Section programs and meetings.
