Stephanie M. Jones, a lawyer with the EEOC in Charlotte, NC, has been practicing Labor & Employment Law for 14 years. She began her career as a defense attorney focusing primarily on employment matters. For the past six years she has been working as a federal government attorney with a similar focus. Stephanie joined the Section in 2001 when she first started practicing law after a mentor of hers recommended it. She most enjoys the people and their enthusiasm about knowledge while having fun. Stephanie is most active in the Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee and serves as the Co-Chair of its Membership Subcommittee and Programming Subcommittee. She also serves as the Vice Chair of the National Programs Basics Subcommittee. This vivacious lawyer is a great member to get to know!
