Martin currently works part-time at a boutique firm in Carbondale, IL, Rhode & Jackson, P.C., that practices all areas of Labor & Employment Law. He has a strong interest in Veteran’s employment issues, such as the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). Martin joined the Section during his first semester of law school in 2012 to stay informed about current litigation, as well as employment trends in the field.
