Sarah Bryan Fask, an Employer / Management lawyer at Littler Mendelson, P.C. in Philadelphia, PA, has been practicing Labor & Employment Law for 5 years. Her practice is split between Equal Employment Opportunity Law, such as alleged harassment, discrimination, and accommodation claims, and a wide variety of ERISA litigation including benefit denials and multi-employer plan matters. Sarah originally joined the Section as a second year law student back in 2007 when she was president of her law school’s Labor and Employment Law Association. The Section has been a great resource for her both professionally and personally. Attending the in-person conferences also helps her to keep up to date on changes in the law. Sarah has also met some great friends in the Section. She is most active in the Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee, but is beginning to become involved in the Employee Benefits Committee as well. Sarah Bryan Fask is a great member to get to know!
