Member Spotlight | Theo Cheng

Theo Cheng is a neutral, independent mediator and arbitrator at ADR Office of Theo Cheng LLC in Princeton Junction, NJ.. One of his principal areas of practice includes employment matters (including wage-and-hour, employment discrimination, executive compensation and employment agreement disputes). Theo joined the Section in 2018 to become better acquainted with the labor and employment issues facing advocates and, thereby, to become a better arbitrator and mediator. Theo stayed active in the section because he truly enjoys the relationships he has made over the years, as well as, the level of engagement of both the section members and the leadership.  This self-described “generous” lawyer is a great member to get to know!

About Spotlight Program

The ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law's Member Spotlight program is designed to focus attention on members and their work with the Section and Committees.  A new Spotlight will appear on the Section website weekly.

Previous spotlights remain online in the archive section.  This makes it very easy to go back and look at all the previous Section members who have been spotlighted.

We encourage you to fill out the questionnaire linked in the top right of this page if you are interested in being spotlighted.  While we can’t guarantee that everyone will be spotlighted, we will endeavor to spotlight as many as possible over time.

Benefits of Participating

There are many benefits to being Spotlighted.  The most obvious ones are networking with your fellow Section members and marketing yourself and firm.  Everyone visiting the Section homepage will see your Spotlight that week.

Another easy to overlook benefit is the increased exposure to the general public.  Being Spotlighted will help optimize your online presence via search engines using terms relating to labor and employment law simply by being identified on the Section website.

How to Be Spotlighted

If you wish to be spotlighted by the Section, please fill out the Spotlight Questionnaire.
