Navigating the COVID-19 Crisis as a
New or Young Labor and Employment Attorney

Labor and employment attorneys are doing important and critical work to help their clients through the COVID-19 crisis. This webinar is designed to help you successfully navigate how to practice law during this trying time. It can be daunting – whether because of a lack of work, too much work, adjusting to working remotely, or balancing working at home with additional pressures and heightened personal commitments with fewer resources and support. This webinar will provide new or young labor and employment attorneys practical advice regarding how to manage these somewhat unprecedented challenges, including how to deal with the real or perceived increased pressure to perform and demonstrate continued “value.” Our moderator - a young L&E lawyer - will ask our panelists questions that new and young L&E attorneys want answered. We will hear from L&E leaders at management and union/employee firms, as well as L&E lawyers who have successful in-house and solo practices who started their careers during the last financial crisis. This is a must-attend program for all new or young L&E attorneys.
