COVID-19 Vaccines and the Workplace

Download presentation slides.

With three COVID-19 vaccines approved for emergency use and eligibility for vaccinations increasing by the day, we are starting to see a light at the end of the pandemic tunnel. Businesses are reopening to the public, and workers are starting to make their way back into workplaces across the country. But with that reopening comes a myriad of questions:

  • Can a business require or incentivize its employees to get vaccinated?
  • What obligation does an employer have to employees who cannot be vaccinated?
  • What are the health and safety implications of returning employees to the workplace with or without a vaccine?

Our panel will answer these questions and explore the legal implications of the COVID-19 vaccine in the workplace.
