The Section is pleased to announce that we will be conducting our Fourth Labor and Employment Law Trial Institute in Chicago, September 2025. We will again partner with the National Employment Lawyers Council and IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law to present this exciting program.
Participants will receive three days of intensive instruction on the nuances of trying a labor and employment case from expert faculty practitioners. The fourth day will feature mock trials conducted at the U.S. Courthouse.
