2017 National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law

National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law
(Presented by Equal Employment Opportunity Committee)

We are pleased to invite you to register for the 2017 ABA National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law, March 29 - April 1, 2017, in New Orleans, LA. We are confident this will be the most comprehensive program on EEO law offered in the coming year.

The National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law is presented by the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law’s Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity Law.

The panel topics relate to EEO law and highlight nationally recognized speakers, including judges and top government officials as well as private practitioners. The Conference will cover a variety of subjects of interest to any and all EEO practitioners—from hot topics in compensation and gender discrimination, to class actions, social media, government enforcement, Supreme Court review, and EEO risks and case evaluation, as well as others. The programs will address issues and concerns from the perspective of employee, employer, union and government counsel. There will be time to explore the richness of New Orleans as well as participate in family-friendly and other activities between panels and in the evenings.
