The ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law is the premier legal association in the United States committed to providing a balanced discussion around labor and employment law issues occurring around the world. The Section has several standing committees, administrative committees, and resource groups that are designed to enrich membership involvement in the Section. The standing committees produce CLE programming on specific legal subject matters within labor and employment law. They deal with emerging legal issues and serve as a major force behind many developments in labor and employment law. The administrative committees are designed to assist the Section with its non-CLE offerings, such as administering the Section’s Law Student Trial Advocacy Competition, Leadership Development Program, and Pro Bono and Community Outreach Initiatives. The LGBTQ+ Attorneys Affinity Group is one of several resource groups, and we encourage all members to join as many affinity groups as are applicable to their lives.
