    Attorneys with Disabilities Affinity Group

    As part of the Section’s desire to further its diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and achieve meaningful participation and representation in Section activities by its diverse members, the Section launched its member-led affinity groups to serve as supportive networks that promote kinship, empowerment, resilience and leadership in spaces that affirm human dignity and facilitate equity and belonging for diverse members.

    Attorneys with Disabilities Affinity Group:

    The Attorneys with Disabilities Affinity Group aims to cultivate a place for attorneys with disabilities to meet, develop camaraderie, and network with those in the Section who share their common interests, experiences and identities. The Attorneys with Disabilities Affinity Group welcomes ideas and feedback on how we can make this group and the Section of Labor and Employment Law overall better for each member.

    Instructions to Join the LEL Section Attorneys with Disabilities Affinity Group:

    Please consider joining the Attorneys with Disabilities Affinity Group and participate in establishing a supportive network for attorneys of color in the Section. Join by logging in to your ABA member account. Click “Manage Membership” and then “join committees” to select the Attorneys of Color Affinity Group from the list.
