We are pleased to announce that the 2025 Leadership Development Program (LDP) will be presented on July 9-11. If selected, attendance at the training in Chicago, Illinois is mandatory. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed, and your hotel costs will be covered by the Section.
The facilitator, Mindy Gulatti, is nationally known for her successful principles of inclusive leadership, and her training program prepares already successful lawyers to be successful leaders within the Section of Labor and Employment Law - and beyond. The deadline for submission of applications is Friday, May 30.
To apply, candidates must:
- Be a current member of the ABA and the Section of Labor and Employment Law;
- Commit to attend leadership training July 9-11, 2025;
- Have current or past experience in the Labor and Employment Law Section, the ABA Young Lawyers Division, or other labor and employment-related bar entities; and
- Submit a completed application form, along with:
- A one-page cover letter explaining their interest in this program;
- One letter of reference (up to three letters of reference will be accepted); and
- A current resume.
All submissions should be emailed to Brad Hoffman for receipt no later than Friday, May 30.
