The ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law will conduct our fifth Leadership Development Program to provide leadership training and development to a select group of Section members representing all constituencies of the Section.

Labor and Employment Law Trial Institute
The Section is pleased to announce that we will be conducting our Fourth Labor and Employment Law Trial Institute in Chicago, September 2025.
Section Development Fund Fellowship Program
The purpose of the Section Development Fund is to increase membership in the Section by encouraging participation in the Annual Section Conference and Section Committee Midwinter Meetings by providing fellowships of three years in duration to individuals who would otherwise be financially unable to participate in such activities.
Young Lawyers Fellowship Program
The Section has an ongoing goal of increasing young lawyer membership and participation. There are plenty of reasons why you as a young lawyer should become active in the Section.
