Elizabeth Kelley is a prolific author, podcaster and speaker about the need to better protect the rights of persons with mental disabilities in the Criminal Justice System. Atty. Kelley has a unique nationwide practice representing people who are often overlooked in our society and criminal justice system. Her latest book is the second edition of Representing People with Mental Disabilities: A Practical Guide for Criminal Defense Lawyers recently released by the ABA. Previous works include books on representing people with dementia and on the autism spectrum.
