Welcome to the 2025 Summit edition of Appellate Issues. This issue is dedicated to memorializing the panel presentations at the AJEI Summit in Boston, Massachusetts. Attendees at the Summit heard from a deep bench of talented jurists and practitioners on a wide array of topics. Reflecting the breadth and depth of speakers and topics, the articles in this edition cover a wide range of issues such as judicial ethics, developments in civil rights law, appellate practice pointers, and Dean Chemerinsky’s annual Supreme Court Review.
