    1. JD Vice-Chair Nomination from the National Conference of Federal Trial Judges

    Vice Chair – NCFTJ has put forth Judge Frank Bailey as their nominee to be Vice Chair of the Judicial Division 2024-2025. The nomination was publicized and no further nominations were received during the time frame set out in the bylaws, the Council will vote at the Annual Meeting.

    2. JD endorsement for Presidential Appointments

    The Judicial Division supported members seeking ABA Presidential appointments. The members below were appointed.
