In 2017, the #MeToo movement and a series of public scandals made clear a hard, disturbing truth: Virtually no workplace is immune to sexual harassment and other forms of misconduct. As well-known entertainers, journalists, and politicians resigned powerful positions because of alleged misbehavior, so too did a federal judge.
