If You Don't Think the National Judicial College Is For You – Think Again!

Featuring Benes Z. Aldana, Reno, NV

Hosted by the Hon. Richard Ginkowski

Founded with the help of the ABA in 1963 the National Judicial College (NJC) on the campus of the University of Nevada at Reno has trained thousands of judges from around the world.  But many judges either still aren't familiar with the college or think it's beyond their means or not for them.  In this segment of Gavel Talks NJC President Benes Aldana dispels these myths and points out how taking its programs online due to the COVID-19 pandemic is helping more judges connect with this important resource.

As a benefit of membership, Judicial Division judge members are eligible for a $500 judicial scholarship to any in-person National Judicial College course!
