The Wm. T. (Bill) Robinson III Scholarship

The National Judicial College has established The Wm. T. (Bill) Robinson III Scholarship Endowment, hereinafter referred to as the “Fund,” to honor Mr. Robinson’s leadership with The NJC and the American Bar Association. This Fund was created June 20, 2018 at The NJC to support scholarships for American Bar Association Judicial Division members so that they may attend NJC’s tuition-based courses.

All course registrants may apply for The Wm. T. (Bill) Robinson III Scholarship from NJC by filling out the scholarship application form stating their need for tuition, conference fee, travel support,  lodging support, or a combination of all four.

The Scholarship Committee will ensure that the recipient of the Robinson Endowment scholarship meets its criteria:

  • The recipient is a member of the American Bar Association Judicial Division.
  • The recipient is a judge or is otherwise eligible to attend the desired NJC course.
  • The recipient has indicated on their scholarship application form that they need tuition, conference fee, travel support,  lodging support, or a combination of all four.

It is NJC’s intent to award at least one scholarship per year from this Fund, based upon availability of funding.

All applications are due July 26, 2019. No late applications will be accepted. The decision of the Scholarship Committee is final.
