A diverse panel of judges will review the lessons learned from the ABA Judicial Division’s 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge and other programs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion this past bar year. You’ll also hear how this 21-Day Challenge came to the ABA’s attention and how its use expanded far beyond the ABA. Panelists will also share some personal stories, provide practical steps we can all take to interrupt bias in ourselves and others, and suggest tools we can all use to promote equity in our proceedings and in our personal lives.
