Description:
A group of judges and lawyers will describe and promote the Judicial Division’s “Preserving the Rule of Law” judicial outreach program. Now more than ever, it is incumbent upon us to provide this basic civics education to the general public. Judges can use this opportunity to describe their dockets, their jurisdiction, and, most importantly, their important role in the administration of justice in our society. Lawyers can answer questions from the public and explain how the judicial branches of federal, state and local governments apply the rule of law every day.
