Brown v. Board at 70: Is the Battle Over?

This program describes the Supreme Court’s Brown v Board of Education decision-making, including the background work of Chief Justice Warren’s law clerk, Earl E. Pollock. The program includes personal stories and experiences of lawyers and judges who attended segregated and integrated schools. Speakers address the path of Brown in constitutional law; its formal, resisted implementation in public education; and racial segregation and racial discrimination in the U.S. today.
