Whether it is a formal inquiry about a pending case, public criticism about a judge’s decision, or an attack or misinformation campaign about the judge, responding appropriately if often difficult.  Judges must act within the confines of judicial and ethical standards. During this webinar, the panelists will discuss potential responses in dealing with the media, resources available to the judiciary through the ABA, and how to maintain the public’s confidence in the integrity of the judicial system.  In this “members only” benefit program, judges will have an opportunity to voices and address their concerns.
