The Ad Hoc Committee appointed by Justice Elizabeth Lang Miers has drafted the proposed Bylaws to reflect the desire to add a Budget Director, to update several Committees and make some technical corrections. Per the JD Bylaws, the General Membership shall have 45 days to review these proposed changes and make comments. Thereafter the JD Council will vote on the changes and forward them to the ABA Board of Governors for approval.
