When attorney Roula Allouch got involved with Bullyproof, an anti-bullying initiative with the ABA Young Lawyers Division, she quickly saw that many members’ complaints were about judges.

Complaining about judges is hard, Allouch tells the ABA Journal’s Stephanie Francis Ward, and for the most part it’s a bad idea to raise it in court while the behavior is occurring.

Roula Allouch is a trial attorney with experience in employment law, civil rights and general civil litigation. She currently serves as chair of the National Board of Directors of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. She is a member of the board of directors of the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative and serves as a Kentucky delegate to the ABA House of Delegates.
