Peter Afrasiabi is a Lecturer of Law at the University of California, Irvine School of Law and a founding partner of One LLP, an intellectual property firm in Southern California. He founded the Ninth Circuit Appellate Litigation Clinic at Chapman University School of Law to take on the cases of noncitizens in their federal immigration appeals.
