William D. Henderson is a professor at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. His work focuses on business law, and the economics and structure of the legal profession.

Paul H. Irving is a fellow in Harvard University’s Advanced Leadership Initiative. It’s a collaboration of Harvard’s graduate schools of business, government, education, law and public health created to advance social reforms and address challenging national and global problems. Previously, he served as co chairman, chief executive and managing partner of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, where he now is a senior advisor.

Matthew M. McDonald is a corporate partner with Drinker, Biddle & Reath. He practices in Philadelphia.

Michael Roster is the former general counsel of Golden West Financial Corp. He now chairs the steering committee for the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Value Challenge.

James Steigerwald, a litigation partner with Duane Morris, chairs the firm’s hiring committee.
