From an international and comparative law perspective, this webinar will focus on issues that are challenging traditional institutions of family law. From same sex unions, filiation and triple filiation, surrogacy, dating agreements to maintenance, practitioners across South America and Latin America will provide an overview of “hot topics” in their respective jurisdictions. During the debate, attendees will be to share if and how the topics discussed are changing family law in their jurisdictions.
