This program will provide an overview of cybersecurity and data protection requirements under U.S. export controls, Federal contracting regulations and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements. Among the topics discussed, participants will learn:
- How these requirements overlap,
- Where requirements may diverge, and
- Issues to be aware of in implementation of new CMMC data security requirements from DoD.
