Boaz Lessem, Luca Castellani, and Rebecca A Fenneman

Lawyers leading firms that offer eBL technology will discuss the potential for the widespread adoption of eBLs and the roadblocks that may still exist; a short history of the legal framework used among e/bls platforms; legal changes across the world in light of the adoption of the UNCITRAL Model Law for Electronic Transferable Records (MLETR) 2017 - UK, Singapore, France, Japan and others; implication and perspective of the US law; and the future in light of the growing uptake of the digitized documents of title.
