NFTs and cryptocurrencies are currently two of the most popular applications of blockchain technologies. Yet, applications of the blockchain can also be found in the form of smart contracts and taxes to property titles and medical records. In this environment, a variety of legal domains are questioning the vulnerabilities and boundaries of decentralized tools.

During the discussion, panelists will present aspects of sanctions enforcement, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, commodities and securities authorities, and property rights. Jurisdictional contexts will focus on the EU and US.
