In this session, panelists provide a report of the current challenges facing the judiciary, bar, and other human rights defenders in Russia, as well as offering suggestions for how the ABA and other international organizations and individuals can lend support. This program is part of the International Law Section’s International Human Rights Committee’s series about challenges faced by the judiciary, bar, and other human rights defenders. Previous programs have focused on U.S., Afghanistan, China, Turkey, Poland, Pakistan, Colombia, and Malaysia.
