The session will discuss significant developments in 2024 with respect to US export controls targeting Russia, Belarus, and China as well as various developments under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Export Administration Regulations, proposed policy changes, and review of notable changes to the US export control system, and enforcement policy trends under US export controls.
Additional topics will include semiconductors and supercomputers, AUKUS, Space Changes, OICTS / Outbound InvestmentRestrictions, other EAR Developments (e.g., financial institution guidance, MEU proposed rules, antiboycott requestor list), ITAR Developments (e.g., USMLchanges, defense services, § 120.54, Nicaragua, etc.)
