The 13th Annual Economic Sanctions Year‐in‐Review session discusses significant developments in 2023 with respect to US economic sanctions topics related to Russia / Belarus, China, sanctions relief, cyber-enabled activities, and Iran as well as various other developments and proposed policy changes. The program provides a good opportunity to review the number of notable changes to the US and Canadian economic sanctions systems. We discuss enforcement policy trends.
