About the Program
We will discuss developments in US, Canadian, and UN sanctions with respect to Afghanistan, as well as the process for obtaining authorizations under US and Canadian sanctions laws. Several panel participants will offer their views on the operational challenges that non-profit organizations currently face operating in Afghanistan and potential solutions to those challenges, including compliance best practices.
