About This Virtual Program
The 2021 edition of our popular Capital Markets Conference will be held virtually and provide the latest updates and insight from leading authorities in the capital markets field.
This is the first virtual Capital Markets conference and will review the developments in capital markets over the past year, and will take stock of current trends and hot topics.
Speakers will focus on practical issues including: developments in the debt capital markets, important regulatory and practice developments in the equity capital markets, trends in the last year and more.

The ABA will seek 5.25 hours of CLE credit, including 1.25 hours of Ethics/Professional Responsibility credit in 60-minute states, and 6.30 hours of CLE credit for this program, including 1.50 hours of Ethics/Professional Responsibility credit in 50-minute states. A limited number of registration fee reductions are available for this program upon application. The fee-reductions will be determined on a one-time only, case-by-case, first-come first-serve basis. Requests must be received at least three weeks before the program start date. You will be notified prior to the program if your application is approved.
A minimal fee may be charged on all approved applications to defray expenses. For programs with tuition costs of $500 or more, qualifying attorneys will receive at least a 50% reduction in the course fee(s) only.
