The International Mediation Committee focuses on the use of mediation and conciliation in resolving international business and investment disputes. The committee does its work through programs at Section and ABA conferences (and non-CLE online webinars), written reports to the Section and ABA, and on occasion, policy recommendations and international networking.
The International Mediation Committee welcomes participation.
