The International Litigation Committee interprets developing laws and policies governing international litigation and dispute resolution. The committee’s work includes service of papers abroad, extraterritorial jurisdiction, litigation in aid of arbitration, gathering evidence abroad, conflicts between data protection laws and discovery/disclosure obligations, and more.
The International Litigation Committee welcomes participation.
