Mission Statement
Effective transnational practice begins with teaching new lawyers to recognize and manage international legal issues that arise in practice and encouraging their engagement with international practitioners to ensure that they are “practice ready.” This committee connects international legal academics, program directors, students, practicing lawyers, and bar leaders toward the goal of developing top-notch educational, training and specialist certification programs.
