The Lawyers Abroad Committee of the International Law Section presents a series on various aspects of practicing law abroad. Organized by Committee Leader Nadia Moynihan, the series is a four-part compilation of online presentations and discussions by experienced cross border practitioners, many of whom are members of the Section’s Seasoned Lawyers Interest Network who worked in consultation with the Section’s Young Lawyers Interest Network.

The purpose of the series is to introduce those interested in an international law practice to the challenges, pitfalls, joys and elements of conduct and practice that are important in ensuring attorneys can thrive as international lawyers.
