The International Energy and Environmental Law Committee focuses on the link between the energy sector’s contribution and potential solutions to the greatest existential threat facing our planet today: anthropogenic climate change. All aspects of the international energy and natural resources sector inclusive of upstream, midstream, and downstream from contract formation to arbitration, conventional and unconventional oil and gas development; renewable sources of energy; mining; power generation and transmission are considered.
