Landslide® magazine article by Pro Bono Committee chair focuses on ethical representation of inventors
“Ethical Representation of Every Inventor: Whether Paying or Pro Bono,” by Mark Privratsky, Chair of the ABA-IPL Pro Bono Committee appears in the September/October 2019 issue of Landslide® magazine. The article describes various programs that exist across the country that provide pro bono patent prosecution services to under-resourced inventors. Also discussed are both the ethical framework underlying the provision of such services, and best practices in light of the applicable ethics rules.
