House Judiciary Committee IP Plans for 2015-2016

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte announced priorities for the Committee in the 114th Congress in a speech Tuesday at the Christian Science Monitor Breakfast. Two major intellectual property related initiatives are among Goodlatte's priorities. They are patent law reform to combat abusive enforcement practices of patent assertion entities or patent "trolls", and copyright law reform.
