Scope of Committee: Issues concerning the economics of operating an intellectual property focused law firm of any size, including solo and small practice firms, and issues common to all types of intellectual property practices including billing structures such as alternative few arrangements, use of contract services and other forms of outsourcing, liability limitation practices, and client management.
