USPTO Post-Grant Patent Practice and Policy Committee

Practice before the USPTO involving any post-grant proceedings or other post grant activities or inter-partes proceedings, including interferences, derivation proceedings, ex parte and inter-partes reexaminations, supplemental examination proceedings, inter-partes review, post-grant review, and reissue of patents, as well as any other like USPTO proceedings that may be considered or established, including  proposed regulations or other proposed changes in practice relevant to such proceedings.
