China IP Issues Committee

A locus for members of the Section to share views and conduct dialogue on China IP-related issues; to obtain -specific information; to participate in mutually advantageous activities including possibly drafting responses to requests for comments from both the Chinese government and the U.S. government, including the White House’s Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator, the United States Trade Representative, the International Trade Commission, and the Department of Commerce and other agencies on IP theft and enforcement in China; and to leverage Section benefits and opportunities aimed to better both the practitioners and the practice in this IP arena.
