Law Practice Management Committee

The Law Practice Management Committee addresses issues concerning the economics and management of an intellectual property focused law firm of any size, including solo and small practice firms; issues common to all types of intellectual property practices including billing structures such as alternative few arrangements, use of contract services and other forms of outsourcing, liability limitation practices, and client management; and issues toward developing knowledge and skills related to business development, legal marketing, and legal team leadership.
