Scope
The Information Technology Committee addresses issues relating to cloud computing technology, arising under intellectual property laws; issues relating to online security, e-privacy, e-commerce, and software licensing and related transactions, including open source issues; and issues relating to pending federal and state legislation relating to computers and the Internet, including recommendations for suggested revisions of laws in the United States with respect to computer and Internet legislation and corresponding developments in other countries.
