Section Chair's Report

I’m delighted to introduce the 2020 edition of Recent Developments in Infrastructure and Regulated Industries. This is the longest-running publication of the ABA’s Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section, and it reflects the significant legal scholarship that our Section has engaged in since the Section was established in 1917. Recent Developments has long served as a valuable reference tool for many Section members, and I hope you will find this year’s edition as useful to your legal practice as our prior editions have been.
