Letter to the Prime Minister of Jamaica on LGBTI Rights

The American Bar Association Center for Human Rights sent a Letter to the then Prime Minister of Jamaica Portia Simpson Miller urging Prime Minister Miller to reevaluate her comittment to protecting and promting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, and intersex rights. The Center urged Prime Minister Miller to review Jamaica's Offences Against the Person Act which criminalizes sexual activity between consenting adult men. Read Letter.
